Exciting news for flowersbydeb

Hi Everyone

Some exciting news for flowersbydeb, I've entered 2 floral art competitions at Chorley Flower Show (end July/early Aug). I have chosen 2 different designs to showcase my skills - the first is a door decor design - traditionally a wreath, but could be anything that you hang from a door. In this design, I am highly likely to go down the cottage garden style with lots of foliage and UK grown garden flowers. The other design is a limited piece, were you can only use 5 of the same species and colour flower - i.e. 5 red traditional variery tulips but can add foliage - this is very challenging as it is a minimal design and so no scope to hid if things go wrong.

I'm excited but also bit nervous as only ever entered 1 competition before and came 3rd.
