Exam Time.....

Well - i'm now well and truly into exam season.

Theory exam was last thursday - fingers crossed i've passed and hopefully with a decent mark to reflect all the effort and time that my tutor put in to teach us and me to learn & revise.

Also started the 'synoptic' - basically we are given 2 scenarios where we need to make something for customers - we have to research and create a mood board of potential ideas and then we are told what we are to create - a tied design, design in a medium or wired design and it is up to us to sketch, order in the materials and create the piece.

Scary but fun as people often come to florists with a bit of an idea what they'd like to represent and then as a florist it is up to us to make their vision in flowers - especially so in funeral tributes
